It's ideal for over-the-road applications due to its chemical resistance and corrosion protection formulation. Hi-Build Fleet Coating is available in a large 16 oz. can (most colors) for maximum coverage and is offered in a variety of popular fleet application colors.

How To Use

  • Usage
    Ideal for over-the-road applications
  • Prep
    Prepare surface by removing loose paint, dirt, rust, grease, wax, etc. For best results, wash with soap and water or Grease & Wax Remover. Sand surface with 320-grit sandpaper, wet or dry. Wipe down again with Grease & Wax Remover. Rinse well, and then dry with a clean cloth.
  • Application
    To spray, hold can parallel and 8-10 inches from surface and use in an even, sweeping motion. To avoid runs and sags, apply in 2 wet coats. Allowing 10 minutes between each coat.Covers approximately 12-14 square feet.
  • Clean Up Disposal
    Use regionally compliant cleaner for cleaning purposes

Dupli-Color® 1K Clear is a high performance clearcoat recommended for use over any Dupli-Color® product for added protection, appearance and performance. The modified urethane formulation provides a high-quality gloss finish, film hardness, gasoline resistance and UV protections to deliver best in class clear coat results. 1K Clear features a spray-anyway, fan spray nozzle for superior flow, leveling and sag resistance for a smooth consistent application. 1K Clear is heat resistant up to 250°F intermittenly and can be used for interior, exterior and under-hood applications.
