Prep Spray

Dupli-Color® Prep-Spray is specifically formulated to remove oil, wax, grease and other contaminants from metal surfaces. The use of Dupli-Color® Prep-Spray prior to painting will maximize your gloss and finish for best performance. Other suggested substrates for use include: OEM finishes, fiberglass, bare metal, automotive plastics and aluminum. Also available in a towelette.

How To Use

  • Usage
    OEM finishes, fiberglass, bare metal, automotive plastics and aluminum
  • Application
    Shake can 2 minutes and spray prep on surface to be painted. Ideal application conditions are 60ºF (16 ºC) to 85ºF (30 ºC) at humidity less than 60%. To spray, hold can parallel 8-10" from the surface and use in an even, sweeping motion. While surface is wet, dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
  • Clean Up Disposal
    Use regionally compliant cleaner for cleaning purposes

Use at temperatures between 60 °F (16°C) and 95°F (35°C) and when humidity is low
