Dupli-Color® Undercoating is a rubberized coating that creates a barrier from moisture and salt to help protect metal surfaces from rust and corrosion. It is ideal for protecting wheel wells, gas tanks, frames and supports, weld joints, floor pans, doors, and quarter panels.

How To Use

  • Usage
    Wheel wells, gas tanks,frames and supports, weld joints, floor pans, doors and quarter panels
  • Prep
    Clean surfaces by removing dirt, oil, grease, wax, rust, and loose paint. Thoroughly clean with a mild detergent and dry with a clean cloth. Mask surrounding areas to protect from overspray.
  • Application
    Shake can vigorously for three minutes after mixing ball moves freely. Shake can for 10 seconds after each minute of use. To spray, hold can 10-12 inches from surface and use in an even, sweeping motion, overlapping each stroke. Apply 2 light coats, allowing at least 10 minutes between coats. Accidental overspray should be wiped off immediately with a mild solvent.
  • Clean Up Disposal
    Use regionally compliant cleaner for cleaning purposes
